Here at Customized Health Solutions, each patient will have an individualized program prescribed after a thorough assessment by our Senior Physiotherapist.

Our goal is to address the cause of your discomfort instead of merely treating the pain. In addition, we will try to equip you with up-to-date tools and knowledge to stay pain-free and move more efficiently.

Our physiotherapist has extensive experience in treating sports and musculo-skeletal problems.

We understand that carrying your precious bundle around has the potential to give you pelvic and lower back pain. Here at CHS, we can address this so that you can focus on the joys of motherhood.

Pregnancy, labour and delivery will not leave you unchanged! Your muscles may need help to regain their former tone, strength and function. We aim to help you strengthen and stabilize your core and lumbo-pelvic muscles through our post-partum health program.

Sometimes it may be difficult to swallow large tablets or drink unpleasant tasting medicines. We can customize not only the dosage of medication but also the mode of delivery e.g. your medication may be compounded into a convenient cream or lozenge.*
