The prescription that is given to you is valid for one year from the date that it was written.

To have your prescription filled in a timely fashion, kindly fax a copy in advance over to us at the pharmacy. You can fax to 6333 6234.

Be sure to call the pharmacy at 6333 6292 to ensure that we have received your fax.

The relevant medication will then be compounded and ready for collection within 2 working days.

Your original prescription has to be presented when collecting your medication at the pharmacy.

Deliveries can be made to your home, office or to any local address as specified by you. Please contact us for enquiries on delivery charges.

Payment is required on delivery and should be made in cash or cheque, payable to “Customized Health Solutions Pte Ltd”.

All orders will be delivered within three working days.

Deliveries must be received by yourself as the patient and user of the medication or alternatively by an authorized person (aged 18 years and above).

Personal identification has to be produced for verification by our courier before the medication will be handed over.
